IN PRODUCT RETURN
If the products you ordered are:
- Unsatisfactory
- Not the product you ordered
- Demaged
How should you proceed:
* check that you have observed the 14-day product return period. How is 14 days counted? It starts on the day of receiving the package and counts 14 calendar, not only working days. So, for example, you will receive products 10.5. then the last day of the 14-day period is 23.5.
* during these 14 days you must send us your withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
* You can also send a withdrawal from the purchase contract electronically to our e-mail: odstoupeni@yogastore.cz.

1. Restore the products in their original condition and pack them in the original packaging in which they were sent and wrap it into a non transparent paper or plastic wrap.
2. Insert the completed return form (can be downloaded HERE) together with the printed invoice
3. If the original box is included in the package, do not describe or stick it, it would be devalued for resale
NEVER SEND YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS AS CASH AT DELIVERY! The shipment would return to you and you would have to send it again without cash on delivery. This will prolong the entire settlement in time and money.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83 / EU, the customer pays the transport costs associated with the return or exchange of goods within the 14-day period. The money will be returned to you within the statutory period to the bank account specified by you in the return form.

In other counties: We kindly ask you to send the package by post or other local carrier to the address of our Return Mailing Company nearby you, which will be indicated by us. The identifier code that you will receive, must be indicated in the address.
If the complaint will be accepted, the shipment costs will be refunded to you.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased, please contact us at info@yoggys.eu first.
Email subject: Exchange (order No.: XXXXXX)
In the body of the email, please tell us which product is unsuitable/you want to exchange and which product you want instead (enter the following - name, code, size)
We are going to contact you when we process your exchange request.
COMPLAINTS
IF YOU WISH TO FILE A COMPLAINT, PROCEED IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:
- Fill out the complaint form (download HERE) and include it in the package with the product that you want to file a complaint about.
- In CZ: Send the products to the following address only: YOGA STORE & YOGGYS showroom, Pospíšilova 281 , 500 03 Hradec Králové. In other counties: Send the package by post or other local carrier to the address of our Return Mailing Company nearby you, which will be indicated by us. The identifier code that you will receive, must be indicated in the address.
- Send us an email to odstoupeni@yogastore.cz containing a short description of the product's defect and enclose photos of the defect.
The complaint process may take a maximum of 30 days according to the Complaint procedure.
If your complaint is accepted, by law you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs connected with the product about which the complaint was filed.

YOGA MATS by YOGGYS
Their warranty period is 2 years from purchase.
The warranty does not apply to slipperiness, soiling and wear and tear caused by use.
The yoga mats may feel slightly slippery at first, but we recommend gently spraying the mat with water before your practice.
If you do not want to moisten the mat, you may moisten your hands and feet.
Each body is different; some bodies sweat more, some less.
The yoga mats work perfectly if you sweat during your practice.
